This is great information for victims about what is going on in Shelton. It will be interesting to see if Bayer lets this case go to verdict.

“Monsanto lawyers claimed broadcasting the proceedings could pose a security threat.” – Security threat? To who….Monsanto? Hugh Grant? Donna Farmer?

If people knew the depth Monsanto has gone to intimidate, scare, smear, infiltrate, surveil, control, buy, and bankrupt people who didn’t go along with Monsanto’s narrative, pertaining to their flagship herbicide Roundup’s carcinogenicity, GMOs, or seed patent infringement, they’d laugh in the faces of these executives and their high flying attorneys.

It simply couldn’t be more ironic or hypocritical for Monsanto to argue broadcasting the trial could pose a security threat.

The plain simple truth is not that Monsanto/BAYER is worried about a security threat to the company or its executives, but rather it’s the awful publicity, reputation & brand damage, and discovery documents pointing to painfully obvious corruption and an ultra-toxic company culture the trial will unveil. It’s much harder to combat and drown out information when being broadcast for all to see.

We live in an era of mis & disinformation and few companies can rival Monsanto’s use of such. Monsanto/BAYER doesn’t want the world to know what occurred internally, behind the scenes. because it’s not good, it’s not good at all.

I promise you not one Monsanto executive or any of their hundreds of attorneys are concerned about a “security threat”. They are concerned that the truth of who they really are, what all they’ve known, and what they have done will reach to big an audience and the adverse impact that will have on their bottom-line. They are worried, rightfully so, about a substantial “Money Threat”.

Just ask yourself this, if they’re so confident in Roundup’s safety profile as they claim to be, why wouldn’t they want the information backing their claim to be broadcast far and wide?
